01/26/2017 NYI Chapter Meeting
We are excited to announce the first meeting of the New Year featuring Mr. Phil Moser. Mr. Phil Moser serves as Vice President for Advanced Driver Training Services. Mr. Moser lectures regularly on driver safety issues and has been featured as a driver safety expert on broadcast programs, including Good Day Philadelphia (Fox-29) and CBS affiliate KYW-TV. Prior to joining ADTS, Mr. Moser worked as a police officer in a suburban Philadelphia police department. Certified in Pennsylvania courts in the field of motor vehicle accident reconstruction, has investigated approximately 3,500 vehicle crashes and has completed numerous driving-related training programs, including Forensic Accident Reconstruction, Advanced Accident Reconstruction, Homicide by Motor Vehicle Prosecution, DWI/DUI Enforcement, and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
