ASN (RD&A) Dr. Delores Etter signed out a memorandum on 17 November 2006 entitled "Software Process Improvement Initiative Contract Language" (found on the ASN (RD&A) website). The memo, following up on the 16 May 2006 SPII memo, describes the identification of contract language as a key enabler of the initiative and provides specific language to be included in contracts.
