Sara Title III Reporting

Sara Title III Reporting staff provides information and technical support to citizens, local emergency planning committees (LEPCs), and industry concerning hazardous chemicals. Communities have a right to know what hazardous materials are present within their borders, and responsibility of planning emergency response actions to deal with accidental release of those hazardous materials. Sara Title III Reporting staff can help both communities and industries meet the goal of safe storage and handling of hazardous materials through accurate and timely risk communication.
