Department of Pesticide Regulation
The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has the primary
responsibility for regulating all aspects of pesticide sales and
use to protect the public health and the environment. DPR's
mission is to protect human health and the environment by
regulating pesticide sales and use, and by fostering
reduced-risk pest management.
