Solid Waste - Waste Management Program
The Solid Waste Section is responsible for regulating storage, treatment, and disposal of solid waste in the state of South Dakota. In addition, the office provides technical assistance, issues permits, conducts solid waste facility inspections, and investigates solid waste disposal complaints.
