    Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (M.Ed.)

    The Master of Education in Educational Leadership is a comprehensive graduate program for experienced teachers, school administrators, and district personnel who seek to further their career in an academic leadership role.

    Offered through our College of Adult and Graduate Studies, the program is designed to address many of the issues faced by educators in the public and private sectors alike. The primary aim of the educational leadership curriculum is to provide a tangible framework of leadership skills that prepare program participants for the challenges faced by school administrators in the 21st century.

    • 36 credit hours
    • Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
    • Coursework is designed for working professionals and can be completed in as little as four semesters
    • The program adheres to standards of both the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) and the Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC)
    • Graduates meet the requirements for certification by the Association of Christian Schools International
    • Students can transfer up to 6 graduate-level credit hours from a regionally accredited college or university
