Ms. Belkis Leong-Hong is the Founder, President, and CEO of Knowledge Advantage Inc (KAI), a woman-owned small business specializing in delivery of a wide array of Information Technology And Knowledge Management Solutions, Program Management And Analysis, Leadership Development, and Workforce Initiatives. KAI has been in continuous operation for almost 18 years. She has guided the company on a path of steady growth.
Prior to her business, she spent 30 years in Federal Government service. In that time, Ms. Leong-Hong held a number of high-level positions, including Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) where she managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio in C3I programs. She held other "first" high level positions, to include Deputy Commander of an engineering organization, and CIO of a Defense agency.
