Effective June 27

All food establishments must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff. No new establishments will be permitted after that date without proof of a CFPM. Please see the fact sheet and discuss this with your inspector to ensure that you will be in compliance.

Application & Permit Document – DHEC 1769
Submit a completed application either by visiting SCBOS, selecting the DHEC logo on the homepage, and selecting the DHEC-1769 Retail Food Establishment "File Now" option (you may be prompted to login), or by downloading and completing an Application & Permit Document – DHEC 1769 and submitting it to any DHEC office. Either option requires the $60 inspection fee for the application to be considered complete.
