APQC Membership Provides Full Services for DON Personnel
By CHIPS Magazine - August 13, 2014
The American Productivity and Quality Center is a research organization specializing in process and performance improvement. APQC provides valuable information and other assistance related to four functional areas: Knowledge Management, Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Supply Chain Management.

Thanks to NAVSEA NSWC Port Hueneme, the DON APQC membership is again current. Membership includes access to an online research library, the Knowledge Base. The library provides DON members with self-service access to benchmarks, best practices, case studies and improvement tools.

With the DON membership, each DON employee has full access to APQC's wide range of services. Everyone with a navy.mil or usmc.mil email account can obtain an APQC user account.

The Knowledge Base provides DON members with self-service access to benchmarks, best practices, case studies, improvement tools, and templates targeted to specific functional areas to assist with decision making and planning.

To access APQC's full range of services, go to the APQC website at www.apqc.org/. Then, click on "Register online with APQC." From there, fill-in the boxes and follow the prompts.
