Submit Disclosure

Invention disclosure for UT faculty, staff & students

An invention disclosure is a confidential description of an invention submitted by UT inventors to UTRF to initiate the commercialization process. Any inventions or creations you make as part of your UT employment or using funds or facilities provided by UT must be disclosed to the University. See the University of Tennessee Statement of Policy for more information. The process is easy. Simply fill out a disclosure form or contact our Knoxville or Memphis office.
