How to submit a wedding, anniversary or birthday announcement
To publish your engagement, wedding, anniversary or birthday announcement in The Times Herald you must have Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a small, free program that will help you view and print your form. Download Reader from Adobe's Web site. After downloading, double-click on your new file to install the program then return to this page.

Click the appropriate link to open your form. Print your form, complete and mail it to us with a check or credit card information. You may also bring it to our offices at 410 Markley Street, Norristown, PA 19401 where you can pay in cash.
