National Wildife Refuges -  nature's perfect outdoor classrooms!Take your students out in the real world to learn. Partner with us!  We can provide self-guided State-aligned lessons plans for most grade levels.

Teachers, you can help us recruit our annual Youth Conservation Corps.  We hire  2 girls and 2 boys each summer for 8 weeks of orientation to wildlife habitat management and to a strong work ethic that will serve them well as a job reference in the future.  Working for a federal conservation agency is not only life-changing, but, locally, is the best job that could happen to kids.
