For NMCI users unable to access DoD websites, some common culprits are:

  • The browser version being used is outdated.
  • The site being accessed is misconfigured or incompatible with DoD settings.
  • A third-party plugin, such as Java.

If you have difficulty accessing DoD websites from either your work or personal computer, you can perform basic troubleshooting by following the steps listed on Homeport.
