Tribal Agencies
More than 60 tribes operate tribal child support programs, providing services to Native American families consistent with tribal values and cultures. Like their state counterparts, tribal child support programs locate custodial and noncustodial parents, establish legal fatherhood (paternity), establish child support orders, enforce orders, and offer family-centered services and referrals.
