Hospital Compare Files

If you are planning to display Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Compare quality measures in your MONAHRQ® generated Web site, download the file that is compatible with the version of MONAHRQ you are using. MONAHRQ 7, build 3 is compatible with the December 2016 and older Hospital Compare files.  Please note, if you are using MONAHRQ 7 or 6.0, a software patch is available for you to import. This will make MONAHRQ 7 and 6.0 compatible with the latest CMS Hospital Compare Database and Nursing Home Compare Database (August releases). Both latest databases can be downloaded directly from their respective Web sites and directly imported into MONAHRQ.  For more information related to the patch, refer to the Download Software section. Updated files are available quarterly.

If you would like an older version of the Hospital Compare data, please refer to the MONAHRQ® Archives.
