Newly signed SECNAVINST 5305.6, DON Innovation Incentives Program (IIP), codifies policy and procedures for on-going efforts to effectively recognize deserving DON military and civilian personnel for their bold, innovative contributions, and to encourage them to continue improving the DON. The Annual SECNAV Innovation Awards is a key pillar of the IIP. See the "Awards" tab for more information. Nominations are due Jan. 31, 2017.
