Tom Will - Midwest Regional Migratory Songbird Biologist and Partners in Flight Liaison

Job Duties: Tom is a Midwest Regional bird ecologist specializing on landbirds (songbirds). He is the Midwest FWS contact for Partners in Flight (PIF) activities and serves on the PIF International Science and Steering committees. Tom also provides science support on a number of broad issues, including Strategic Habitat Conservation, Structured Decision Making and decision analysis, migratory bird vulnerability assessment, the effect of climate change on birds, population modeling across the full annual cycle of migratory birds, and analyses of the magnitude of direct human-caused bird mortality. He is the FWS lead on several Migratory Bird focal species, including Golden-winged Warbler, Henslow's Sparrow, and Bobolink.
