Better Breathers Club
Connect with others facing COPD and lung disease at these in-person clubs. Better Breathers Clubs meet regularly and feature educational presentations on a wide range of relevant topics.
Online Support Communities
We offer free, online support communities on the Inspire website. Join the Lung Cancer Survivors, Living with COPD and/or Living with Lung Disease groups to connect with other who are in your shoes.
Caregiving Support Community
It takes a village to support people with lung disease. The Lung Association offers a free tool to help caregivers coordinate care as well as update loved ones and friends.
Freedom From Smoking Community
The Freedom From Smoking® group clinic includes eight sessions and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each session is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The clinic format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group.
Pulmonary Rehab
Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR/Rehab) can help people with chronic lung disease improve lung function, reduce symptoms and improve quality of life through exercise and education.
