USAID is always prepared to provide emergency aid to those in need around the world when the host country welcomes USG assistance. USAID assistance in Indonesia will be under the coordination with the host country disaster management agency. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing emergency relief supplies to the affected population
  • Providing technical assistance for early warning and capacity building to the disaster management agencies
  • Providing early recovery assistance to the most vulnerable population.
