Pacific Storm and Arctic Boundary Produce Mix of Precip out West; Clippers Continuing in the East

A wet and windy Pacific storm will interact with arctic air in western Oregon and southwest Washington to produce a wintry mix of snow and ice in the lower elevations this week. Inland areas across the west will see a broad area of snow with heavy snow in the higher elevations. One to 3 feet of snow is possible.
