The Branch of Enterprise Services and Operations is responsible for Service-wide/National-level management and implementation of enterprise operational infrastructure services including data center operations, enterprise help/service desk, Headquarters desktop support, telecommunications services (including Voice over IP, mobile device management and video), wide area network (WAN), local area network (LAN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR).
