USAID's Investments for Counterterrorism in Jordan - Dollars to Results
FY 2015 $1.2 M
Terrorism is the greatest threat to U.S. security. USAID designs and implements effective, evidencebased development programming that targets drivers of violent extremism and insurgency. Activities appropriate to the needs of the country can include, but are not limited to, providing technical assistance and training to enhance the capabilities of partner nations to prevent and respond to terrorism.
Why Our Work Matters…
Terrorism threatens all aspects of life, while inhibiting economic growth and democratic transition.
