OCSE launched the National Child Support Noncustodial Parent Employment Demonstration (CSPED) in 2012 to test the efficacy of child support-led employment strategies. The goal is to increase the reliable payment of child support by noncustodial parents who are willing but unable to pay. This fact sheet is the first in the CSPED series and introduces the demonstration.
