The Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability has released a new report titled "Customer Participation in the Smart Grid: Lessons Learned." The report highlights the experiences of four Recovery Act Smart Grid Investment Grant projects with customer education and outreach efforts, which are key ingredients for Smart Grid success. The report is now available for downloading.
