Financial Information for FY 2017

Updated December 12, 2016: NIH is operating under a continuing resolution (CR) through April 28, 2017. Adjusted stipend levels for postdoctoral trainees and fellows with 0, 1, and 2 years of experience went into effect on December 1, 2016.

NIAID Paylines

Paylines are the funding cutoff points for grant applications. NIAID has interim paylines for all grant types except training (T32).

Financial Management Plan

NIAID sets funding levels for grants, renewal cap, and selective pay and bridge pools. We are operating under a continuing resolution (CR) through April 28, 2017. Legislative mandates continue.
