High-Priority Areas of Interest for the NIAID Small Business Program
NIAID supports businesses pursuing research in a variety of important areas, including AIDS, influenza, autoimmune disorders, radiation exposure, and diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, and malaria.
To see our high-priority areas of interest and associated contacts, select the NIAID division that best fits to your area of research:
- Division of AIDS. Topics are related to HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, detection, and drug development.
- Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Transplantation. Topics include asthma and allergies, autoimmune disease, immune system, radiation exposure, and transplantation.
- Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. Topics include detection, diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines.
