    Transparent, accountable state government

    OpenDoor is a bipartisan, multi-agency effort to provide a more transparent, accountable state government, and to allow you the opportunity to find out how your tax dollars are being applied to move our state forward. Here you will find Department and Agency Budgets, up-to-date salary information for state employees, and information on Kentucky taxes, Open Records, and ethics. You will also find searchable databases of grants, contract information, and line item expenditures. This is the OpenDoor, transparent, accountable state government.

  • Executive Branch Ethics

    The code of ethics was enacted to promote public confidence

    The Executive Branch Ethics Commission is an independent agency of the Commonwealth which has been given the responsibility of administering and enforcing the provisions of the code of ethics. The Executive Branch Code of Ethics, created by Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) Chapter 11A, effective July 14, 1992, establishes the ethical standards that govern the conduct of all executive branch employees. The code of ethics was enacted to promote public confidence in the government of the Commonwealth and its employees.

  • Contract Search

    All procurements have followed Kentucky’s Model Procurement Code

    Our contract search displays contracts from all executive branch cabinets, agencies, and all participating constitutional officers. The search includes all current Master Agreements or term contracts; one time contracts created by centralized procurement agencies; personal service contracts, grants, and memoranda of agreement which require review by the Government Contract Review Committee. All procurements have followed Kentucky’s Model Procurement Code codified in KRS 45A; and are updated on a nightly basis; there is no exemption level for transactions.
