Opportunities for Students

HHS Pathways students sitting in a classroomThe Internship Program is designed to attract students enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions with paid opportunities to work in agencies and explore Federal careers while still in school. This program exposes students to jobs in the Federal civil service by providing meaningful career development work.

Eligibility

Eligibility for the Internship Program requires the applicant to be actively enrolled in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half-time basis to obtain a diploma or degree.

The Internship Program accepts applications from students enrolled in the following:

  • High school
  • Home-school programs
  • Vocational and technical schools
  • Undergraduate level programs
  • Graduate level programs
