The 2012 Form M-1 will be available shortly. There is no requirement to file the 2012 Form M-1 prior to it being available. Please do not attempt to file for 2012 using the 2011 Form M-1.

Use the 2011 Form M-1 currently available on EBSA's website only if you need to file a Form M-1 report for a prior year.

There will be a public announcement when the 2012 Form M-1 and instructions are publicly available, as well as information concerning the effective date and additional information for filing the 2012 Form M-1.
