Serving as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Ms. Patricia A. Hoffman assumes the role of Acting Assistant Secretary for OE until a new Assistant Secretary is confirmed by the Senate.  Ms. Hoffman is also serving as Acting Under Secretary for Science and Energy and will serve in that role until a new Under Secretary is confirmed by the Senate.  

In the capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Ms. Lee provides executive direction for program-wide financial management, enterprise architecture, communications, and human capital and contract management. 

Michael Pesin is Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Advanced Grid Research and Development Division in the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability. Mr. Pesin has 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry, much of it directing development and execution of advanced technology programs. His most recent assignment was with Seattle City Light (SCL) where he developed the technology strategy, managed research and development projects and directed strategic programs to management demonstration projects.

Devon Streit, a career member of the Senior Executive Service, serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration in the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE). The Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration (ISER) Division works with other U.S. government agencies, state and local partners, and industry to enhance the security and resilience of critical energy infrastructure, and facilitate the reconstruction and recovery of damaged or disrupted energy systems.

Mr. Henry (Hank) Kenchington is Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for the Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats Research and Development (CET R&D) Division in the Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability. He is responsible for leading the national effort to develop the next generation of technologies, tools, and techniques to mitigate the risk resulting from the cyber and other threats within the energy environment and to expand situational awareness impact testing and mitigation deployment.
