The ONE-DHHS Help Desk for PMS Support is now available Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST (except Federal Holidays)
The PMS Help Desk provides assistance to all users of the Payment
Management System (PMS).
They are readily available to:
- respond to questions regarding the PMS application;
- assist users having difficulty navigating through PMS application system menus and processes;
- reset PMS user passwords.
You can submit a ticket on-line and access more services using the Self-Help Web Portal located at http://www.psc.gov/one-dhhs. Benefits include:
- Access to solutions at your own convenience through Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and use of a knowledge database
to search for answers to your questions
- Track status of on-line service request ticket via the Web Portal
The PMS Help Desk utilizes a comprehensive trouble
ticket software package that facilitates troubleshooting and
detecting problem trends.
