Overview
The PaVE provides information and analytical resources to the scientific community for research on the Papillomaviridae family of viruses. The overarching goal of the PaVE is to provide core components needed to accelerate scientific progress and ultimately our understanding, detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases caused by papillomaviruses.
LANL Human Papillomaviruses Database Archive
The Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) developed and hosted a Human Papillomaviruses Database with compendia of HPV sequence information between 1994 and 1997 with funding from NIAID. Though this data presented on these Web pages is outdated, it is still useful as a reference to the HPV community. PaVE now hosts the LANL Human Papillomaviruses Database as a reference archive in service to the papillomavirus research community.
