Outreach
The Immigrant and Employee Rights Section's (IER) outreach and education program is aimed at helping employers and workers understand the anti-discrimination provision of the INA. IER’s staff is available to participate in seminars and conferences and at other events for employer audiences. If you would like to organize your own event featuring an IER speaker or invite an IER staff member to present at an event with an employer audience, please contact IER’s Public Affairs staff at IER@usdoj.gov or (202) 616-5594.
