Child Support Enforcement (CSE)
Employers
Thank you, employers for the vital role you play in the Child Support Enforcement program!
From January 2008 through December 2008, employers submitted over $77 million of income withholding payments to the North Dakota State Disbursement Unit. By withholding child support payments from employees' paychecks, employers help ensure the financial security of children and families.
In addition to withholding child support payments, employers also play a crucial role by enrolling children in their parents' health insurance plans, reporting newly hired employees, and responding to inquiries made by the Child Support Enforcement program.
We hope employers find the information on this website helpful.
