Welcome to Region 27 of the National Labor Relations Board. We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and protect the rights of workers to act together, serving the states of Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and parts of Montana, Idaho, and Nebraska from our regional office in Denver. If you have questions or wish to file a charge or petition for election, please visit our office or call and ask for the Information Officer on duty. We can arrange to have someone speak with you in the language of your choice. We are also happy to provide speakers and materials to promote a greater understanding of the National Labor Relations Act.
E-FILING: We strongly urge all parties in unfair labor practice investigations or representation matters to submit all documents and other materials (except unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions) by E-Filing (not e-mailing) through our website, /. Unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions must, however, be filed in our office by mail, fax, or hand-delivery. Information about the Agency, the procedures we follow, and our customer service standards is available on our website, www.nlrb.gov or from an NLRB office upon your request.
CONTACT FOR HEARING IMPAIRED: Hearing impaired callers who wish to speak to an Agency representative should contact the Federal Relay Service by visiting its website at http://www.federalrelay.us/tty (link is external), calling one of its toll free numbers and asking its Communications Assistant to call our toll free number at 1-866-667-NLRB.
