The Office of Inspector General welcomes your reports of fraudulent activity, waste of resources, abuse of authority, or inefficiency in USITC programs and operations. This includes reports of gross mismanagement or violations of law, rules, or regulations by USITC employees or others associated with USITC programs. Everyone is permitted to submit reports and information including USITC employees, persons associated with USITC programs, and members of the public.

You may also use this form to submit ideas and suggestions for ways to improve the USITC in the areas of efficiency and effectiveness.
