National Home and Hospice Care Survey (CDC)
The National Home and Hospice Care Survey (NHHCS), conducted by NCHS, is a survey of U.S. home health and hospice agencies. It is designed to provide descriptive information on home health and hospice agencies, their staffs, their services, and their patients. The survey includes questions on the use of complementary and alternative therapies.
Complementary and Alternative Medicine and People Aged 50+ (AARP and NCCIH)
AARP and NCCIH (formerly NCCAM) partnered on a telephone survey of more than 1,000 people aged 50 and older to assess whether patients and their health care providers discuss the use of complementary and alternative medicine.
