Preserving, storing, archiving and presenting historical records of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the Oklahoma state government from territorial days forward.

Presenting resources for learning and research through collections and databases available to libraries, patrons, schools, students and state employees.

Providing state and federal information in the original format and/or digital versions. Documents, publications and more are available open-access online.

Providing prompt, nonpartisan, and accurate information to the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government as well as to the general public.

Health Literary Grants for 2020-2021
The Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) has awarded 25 Health Literacy Grants totaling more than $174,000 to libraries and adult literacy programs for the 2020-2021 grant cycle.
