REASON FOR CANCELLATION: The Department of the Treasury does not have aircraft assets within its formal inventory. The bureaus related to Treasury Directive (TD) 74-09, dated May 16, 1989, have been transferred to the Department of Homeland Security. Thus, TD 74-09 is cancelled.
