How Does It Work?

HUD awards grants to organizations and groups through a competitive process. These Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) will tell you what funds are available and how to apply. Many of PIH's opportunities are found within HUD's annual SuperNOFA.

Below are PIH NOFAs and their details:

PIH Processing and Review of Grants

Various offices within PIH are involved in the processing and review of grants.

Grants Management Center

The GMC also partners with OPHI to process, review and award smaller grant programs such as: the Jobs Plus Pilot (JPP) and Juvenile Reentry Assistance (JRAP) programs.

HOPE VI Grant Administration
Information on administrative requirements, financial guidance, and environmental review requirements.

Special Applications Center
