We posted a draft Strategic Plan on February 13, 2012 and invited comments from the general public and from key stakeholders. In response to our request, approximately 70 parties submitted comments. The Department made a number of changes to the original Plan based on the comments we received. We explain these changes and provide our responses to substantive issues in the document below.
