Judge Randazzo was appointed in November of 2013. He has worked with the NLRB his entire legal career.  He began as a staff counsel to several Board members (Member Johansen from August 1988 –June 1989; Chairman Stephens from June 1989–January 1990; and Member Oviatt from January 1990–August 1992).  He later transferred to the Board’s regional office in Cleveland, Ohio, where he served as a trial attorney for about 18 years.  He received his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College and his JD degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.  He also earned an LLM degree in Labor Law from Georgetown University Law Center. He was an SSA judge for over 3 years before transferring to the NLRB Judges Division.
