The Project Management Coordination Office (PMCO) provides oversight and risk management of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) project portfolio, including base-funded, Recovery Act and Congressionally Directed Projects.
Goals and Priorities
- Complete the orderly closeout and de-obligation of EERE’s Recovery Act portfolio.
- Regularly work with the EERE Legislative Affairs and DOE Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs to bring an orderly close to the Congressionally Directed Projects (CDPs) portfolio. Also directly manage CDPs on behalf of the offices.
- Provide risk management support to EERE programs, portfolios, and projects via reporting and process improvement.
