Wagner Indian Health Service (IHS) is Patient Based Clinic providing 7am - 11pm patient centered care, with 6 Primary Care Providers and 2 PA-C's. Wagner IHS is located on the Yankton Sioux Reservation, however provides services to patients from surrounding reservations and communities throughout South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. The clinic contains nine exam rooms, Lab, X-ray, Pharmacy, Dental, Lactation Consultant, Dietician Consultants, Maternal Child Health Program, Healthy Heart Program, Diabetes Program, Public Health Nursing, Behavioral Health Services, Tribal Health Representatives, Fitness Program, Physical Therapy, and Optometry Services. Obstetric care is provided by contract with the Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton.
