About the facility:

We participate in the Improving Patient Care initiative, which will help us increase access to care. Our clinics primary function is to provide high quality comprehensive care. We are striving to attain Patient Centered Medical Home certification. We are situated to the south of Mt. Taylor and are located about 60 miles west of Albuquerque, NM. The area is surrounded by beautiful vistas of mesas, hills and mountains with many hiking trails to explore.
