The Alaska Fisheries Science Center often invites members of the community to speak about diversity-related issues in the communities we live and work. The objective of these lectures is to help achieve NOAA's diversity vision of fostering an inclusive, supportive, open, innovative work environment in which all people are respected as individuals and valued for their contributions to NOAA's mission.
