The Steering Committee has three Subcommittees:

The Victims' Rights Subcommittee was formed to address the needs and rights of victims of financial fraud and is co-chaired by the Director of the Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys and the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs.

The Intelligence and Resources Subcommittee is a group of senior level Department of Justice representatives focused on identifying and targeting significant financial fraud threats as they develop and ensuring that these matters have the resources they need to be effectively pursued.

The Enforcement Subcommittee is led by the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee and the Assistant Attorneys General for the Criminal Division, the Civil Division, the Antitrust Division, and the Civil Rights Division.  Through subject matter specific working groups, the Enforcement Subcommittee advances collaborative, interagency enforcement in priority areas of financial fraud.
