New Report Shows Affordable Care Act Has Expanded Insurance Coverage Among Young Adults of All Races and Ethnicities

New research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) shows that the Affordable Care Act resulted in gains in insurance coverage for young adults that were broad-based and benefited young Americans of all races and ethnicities. Rates of coverage increases were greatest for minorities. [2 PDF pages]
