NIH selects scientific images submitted by NIDCR grantees for new NIH Image Gallery

3D salivary gland spheroid with a hollow lumen

In early 2016, NIH asked NIH-funded scientists to submit their best biomedical images to be considered for inclusion in NIH's new centralized image service on Flickr. The images below--which were submitted by NIDCR grantees and chosen as winners--were among the 42 winning entries published in NIH’s Image Gallery on Flickr.

Images posted to the NIH Image Gallery are considered free-to-use with credit. Click on the title of the biomedical image for information about the image, including credits.
