Dedication of Livermorium Plaza
Members of the community gather in downtown Livermore to witness Livermore Mayor John Marchand dedicate Livermorium Plaza, at 116 S. Livermore Ave. on June 24, 2013, in recognition of the addition of Livermorium to the periodic table of elements. Livermore is one of six cities to have an element on the periodic table named after it.
